Best-selling rhythm videogame (single platform)

As of 19 March 2015, more than 10.07 million copies of Ubisoft’s Wii game Just Dance 3 (2011) had been sold around the globe. That makes it more successful than the single-platform versions of all other rhythm games. The second best-selling title in the genre is Just Dance 2 (Ubisoft, 2010), with sales of 9.42 million on the Wii. The Just Dance series may be popular with gamers but it hasn’t always been a hit with the critics. On the aggregate scoring site GameRankings, the Wii version of the original Just Dance (Ubisoft, 2009) only manages an average score of 48.41%.
