Tiger Woods (USA) claimed four consecutive Major tournament titles in 2000-01. He won the US Open, the British Open and the PGA Championship in 2000 and the US Masters in 2001. Woods’s achievement has been dubbed the ‘Tiger Slam’, although it was not technically a true Grand Slam as the feat spanned two calendar years.
