The largest gathering of people dressed as ninjas consists of 268 people, achieved by Kuniko Teramura and Friends (all Japan) at Jyosei Elementary School, in Hikone, Shiga, Japan, on 17 April 2016.
All ninjas dressed in black ninja garb and held a weapon traditionally used by ninjas. This was the first of two records achieved by Kuniko Termaura and Friends on the day, the second being the longest line of carrom game pieces.
