For the purpose of this record, the measurement will be based on the length from the heel to the tip of the longest toe, this should be done by placing the heel against a hard surface such as a wall.
For the purpose of this record, cases of elephantiasis or related medical conditions are excluded. This must be confirmed by the medical professional.
