Higest incidence of asthma (per capita)

Out of the 271 inhabitants of the remote island of Tristan da Cunha, 153 suffer from asthma. This represents over 60% of the population. The high incidence of asthma on Tristan derives from two or three asthmatics amongst the fifteen ancestors of this highly inbred community.
