Konami’s 1992 X-Men fighting game is the only arcade beat ‘em up to support six players at the same time. To accommodate this unprecedented number of players, the game used two screens side-by-side to create a widescreen effect. The playable X-characters were Cyclops, Colossus, Wolverine, Storm, Nightcrawler and Dazzler.
