Most hostile corporate takeover in Eve Online

The most hostile corporate takeover was carried out by the Guiding Hand Social Club (GHSC) corporation when it perpetrated an ambitious corporate heist over a period of one year between 2004 and 2005.The target corporation was Ubiqua Seraph, which was infiltrated by a GHSC agent. Over 12 months, the agent gained the corporation member’s trust before ultimately betraying them and assassinating their CEO in a grand heist that resulted in the loss of an estimated 30 billion ISK, (about $16,000). This was one of the most controversial events in EVE Online’s history.
