Dan Pastorini (USA) of the Houston Oilers (now Tennessee Titans) holds the NFL record for a starting quarterback by losing 21 straight games from 1972 to 1974. Chris Weinke (USA) of the Carolina Panthers snapped a 17-game losing streak during the 2006 season. Steve Spurrier lost (USA) 15 straight starts for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 1975-76, and Archie Manning (USA) had two 14-game losing streak with the New Orleans Saints in the 1980s.
