Highest scoring air ace ­from the Vietnam War

Flying for the North Vietnamese Air Force, Nguyen Van Coc (North Vietnam) shot down nine enemy aircraft during the Vietnam War. This figure comprises seven planes and 2 UAV (Un-manned Airborne Vehicle) Firebees. A legendary North Vietnamese pilot named Nguyen Toon ­ aka "Colonel Tomb" ­ has been credited with 13 kills during the Vietnam conflict, but it has not yet been proved that any one individual pilot was responsible for this feat.
