Artist Gianni Motti (Italy) has made a bar of soap from body fat removed from then Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi. It is on display in a gallery in Basel, Switzerland, but can be purchased for £10,000 ($17,506). The artist, who has called his creation Mani Pulite ('Clean Hands'), claims to have received the fat from an unnamed employee at a plastic surgery clinic in Lugano, Switzerland, where Berlusconi underwent cosmetic procedures.
