Most challenging Father Christmas World Championships

Of the many annual Father Christmas contests around the world, the competiton with the most disciplines is the ClauWau Santa Claus World Championships, held in November/December in Samnau, Switzerland. Each individual or team entry is judged on five disciplines in the qualifying round: chimney-climbing, costume-beauty, snowball-duelling, 'the tangerines and donkey event' (which includes donkey-trekking) and decorating gingerbread.
