Ancelotti masterminded Real Madrid’s 2–0 win over Borussia Dortmund on 1 June 2024 to register his fifth UEFA Champions League title. His first two triumphs came with AC Milan in 2003 and 2007, before he enjoyed further success with Real Madrid in 2014 and 2022. Ancelotti also lifted the European Cup twice as a player, in 1989 and 1990, with AC Milan.
