The most National Hot Rod Association championships won in the Pro Stock Motorcycle category is 6, achieved by Dave Schultz (USA) in 1987–88, 1991, 1993–94 and 1996; and equalled by Andrew Hines (USA) in 2004–06, 2014–15 and 2019; and Matt Smith (USA) in 2007, 2013, 2018 and 2020–2022.
At the age of 50, Smith earned his sixth Pro Stock Motorcycle championship – his third in a row – at the 2022 NHRA Finals on 13 November in Ponoma, California, USA.
