The longest play in NFL history is 109 yards (99.66 m), the longest play possible, accomplished on a return of a missed field goal attempt by Jamal Agnew (USA) while playing for the Jacksonville Jaguars against the Arizona Cardinals (both USA), on 26 September 2021. Agnew’s return is the third 109-yard touchdown in NFL history. Cordarrelle Patterson (USA) returned a kickoff playing for the Minnesota Vikings against the Green Bay Packers (both USA), on 27 October 2013; and Antonio Cromartie (USA) returned a missed field goal attempt playing for the San Diego Chargers against the Minnesota Vikings (both USA), on 4 November 2007.
