The longest radish (Raphanus raphanistrum var. longipinnatus) measured 7.848 m (25 ft 8.9 in) and was grown by Joe Atherton (UK) as assessed at the CANNA UK National Giant Vegetables Championship during the Malvern Autumn Show in Worcestershire, UK, on 26 September 2025.
Atherton, who has acquired the nickname of the "King of the Longs" having set many records for superlatively lengthy vegetables, surpassed his own record of 7.401 m (24 ft 3.4 in) for another daikon radish confirmed at the National Giant Vegetables Championship in 2024.
