Largest number of names credited

Tadasji Imai's Senso to Seishin (Japan 1991), credited 1,468 people in it's title sequence. Of these, 1,421 were listed as 'citizen producers', who had each paid $740 towards the film budget, in exchange for a credit.

The most credits for people involved in the actual making of a film was 743 for the part-animated Who Framed Roger Rabbit (USA 1989).

The highest number on a non-animated movie was 457 for Superman (UK 1978), which shares the record for the longest credit sequence at 12 minutes. The much greater Roger Rabit roster sped by in 6½ minutes.
