Internet radio show TruckersFM was founded in October 2015, and staffed by volunteers. Created for players of SCS Software's games Euro Truck Simulator 2 (2012) and American Truck Simulator (2016), in January 2016 TruckersFM was added to Euro Truck Simulator 2's in-game radio player. American Truck Simulator followed suit on 2 February that year.

Alexander Blackman (UK), one of the founders of TruckersFM, now works at SCS Software in community management.
