The youngest runway show designer at Paris Fashion Week is Max Alexander (USA, b. 25 February 2016), who was aged 10 years 6 days when he presented his new sustainable collection at the Palais Garnier in Paris, France, on 3 March 2026.

Max has been designing, sewing and selling garments internationally since the age of four.

He first entered the record books on 18 November 2023 as the youngest person to design a runway show outright, aged 7 years 266 days.

Since then, Max has created custom garments for celebrities such as Sharon Stone, expanded his online store and amassed over 6 million followers on his Instagram page (@couture.to.the.max).

For his Paris Fashion Week debut, Max created 15 looks from materials he had sourced and upcycled, including deadstock chiffon, old Tiffany bags and an Indian sari. One of his dresses was even made from vintage Hermes duster bags and a repurposed military parachute!
