Miley Cyrus (USA, b. Destiny Hope Cyrus, 23 November 1992) first topped the US Billboard 200 as a 13-year-old actress/singer on 11 November 2006, with the soundtrack album Hannah Montana, credited to her character from the TV series of the same name but also featuring contributions by The Click Five, Jesse McCartney, Everlife and B5. Her first No.1 album credited to her real name was Hannah Montana 2: Meet Miley Cyrus, a double CD that served as both the soundtrack album to the second series of Hannah Montana and Cyrus’ debut solo album – the latter disc featuring the singles “See You Again” and “Start All Over”. It debuted at No.1 on 14 July 2007, when Cyrus was aged 14 years 233 days.
Stevie Wonder (USA, b. Stevland Judkins, 13 May 1950) is the youngest solo artist overall to reach No.1 on the US Billboard 200, with Recorded Live: The 12 Year Old Genius on 24 August 1963. Despite its title, Wonder – credited as Little Stevie Wonder – was 13 years 103 days old at the time.
