Most digital artists on a film

A team of 320 visual effect artists worked on Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow (USA/UK/Italy 2004), the first Hollywood feature film shot entirely against a blue screen with digital effects filled in. Directed by Kerry Conran (UK) and starring Jude Law (UK) and Gwyneth Paltrow (USA), the 106 minute film completed principal photography on the blue set in 26 days. In all, over 2,000 digital shots were produced for the film in eight months.
