The youngest person to make a snooker double pot is Jude Owens (UK) at the age of 2 years 261 days in Manchester, UK, on 1 September 2025.

Jude was introduced to snooker and pool by his father Luke who gifted him a mini-table to play on. After taking to the smaller table so well, Jude was introduced to larger adult-size tables and that proved to be no obstacle at all (though he does need the help of a stool to reach the table!).

So far he's displayed a number of techniques that even adults can struggle with, including floating bridge shots and potting using the rest.

He was given a special walk-out entrance at the 2025 UK Snooker Championship and is the youngest-known person to have a snooker sponsorship.
