The highest observation deck is located at an elevation of 184.2 metres above mean sea level, atop the bridge tower of the bridge linking Cheongna International City and Yeongjong International City in Incheon, South Korea. The deck has a maximum capacity of 30 people and is used for public sightseeing and edge-walk leisure activities.
