The most penalties scored in the UEFA Champions League by an individual is 19, achieved by Cristiano Ronaldo (Portugal) for Manchester United, Real Madrid and Juventus between 2007 and 2020; and equalled by Robert Lewandowski (Poland) for Borussia Dortmund, Bayern Munich and Barcelona between 2013 and 2025.
Lewandowski equalled Ronaldo’s record on 21 January 2025 with a pair of successful spot-kicks for Barcelona during their 5–4 win over Benfica. The Polish striker had scored 19 penalties from 20 attempts; Ronaldo converted 19 from 22.
