The largest reported litter of brown bears (Ursus arctos) born in captivity is five. Miso, Tapik, Dazzle, Bubu and Cindy (three males, two females) were born on 6 January 2002 in Zoo Kosice, Kosice-Kavecany, Slovakia.
In GWR book archives, there is a photo (1996, p.28) of quintuplet brown bears born in Turkey.
