Largest gathering of body painted people

The largest gathering of body painted people is 524 participants and was achieved by Cupra México (Mexico) in Mexico City, Mexico, on 10 January 2025.

The record attempt took place at a single, controlled venue in Mexico City. Participants first entered a designated preparation area where body painting was applied and verified to meet Guinness World Records guidelines, ensuring professional-standard body paint with a minimum coverage of 30% of each participant’s body.

After the record attempt, participants attended activities at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez in connection with CUPRA during the Formula E Mexico City race, where the CUPRA team scored its first Formula E points, adding further significance to the overall event day.
