The fastest half marathon dressed as a tennis player (male) is 1 hr 34 min 48 sec, and was achieved by Anthony Mastromarini (Canada) during the 2025 TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon on 19 October 2025.

Anthony's first half marathon in The TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon was October 2022 and immediately fell in love with the sport of endurance running. Since then, he has completed five marathons and hopes to surpass even more Guinness World Records 'costumed-marathon' related titles.

As per the guidelines, participants are required to wear the following throughout the entire attempt- a full tennis uniform (shirt, shorts, socks, tennis shoes, and either a head sweat band or a visor). All articles must be white (with the exception of the tennis shoes), and must even comply with official competition standards.
