The most Toe Wrestling World Championships won in the Women's category is four by Karen Davies (UK) in 1999-2002. The Championships are held annually on the first Saturday in June at Ye Olde Royal Oak, Wetton, England. Contestants must push an opponent's foot to the other side of a specially constructed ring called a 'Toerack' using only their toes. Mixed matches are not allowed because of the danger of 'myxomatoesis'.

The roots of this sport - the barefooted equivalent of arm wretling - allegedly come form the Greeks.
