During the Kyndryl Japan Summit 2025, the company attempted a Guinness World Records title to showcase its corporate culture. For this, they created the “Kyndryl Way Cube,” an installation composed of units symbolising the six principles of the Kyndryl Way: Restless, Empathetic, Devoted, Flat, Fast and Focused.
