Tallest woman in a videogame

One of the villains in survival horror hit Resident Evil Village (Capcom, 2021), the tenth main game in the Resident Evil series, is Lady Dimitrescu. This imposing aristocrat mutated into a vampire some time in the 1950s, and stands at a statuesque 289 cm (9 ft 6 in), as revealed by the game's art director Tomonori Tanako.

Lady Dimitrescu is nearly seven times the height of Pikachu, and even taller than the real life tallest living woman Rumeysa Gelgi (Turkey), who is an impressive 215.16 cm (7 ft 0.7 in) tall.

In videogames, Savathûn the Witch Queen from Destiny 2 (Bungie, 2017) is 640 cm (21 ft) tall, but it could be argued that an unknowable and ancient alien god is stretching the definition of 'female'.
