The youngest motivational speaker (male) is Master Caleb Stewart (USA, b. 22 May 2014), who was aged 3 years 307 days when he gave his first speech on the importance of self-belief at ALARM International Church in Tallahassee, Florida, USA, on 25 March 2018. Stewart’s main goals are to encourage kids to read and believe in themselves.

Stewart started reading when he was two years old and just a year later, he began motivational speaking in churches, schools and libraries.

During Stewart’s first speech, his family noticed his confident stage presence and his ability to memorize what he wanted to say. Stewart made his second speech at Raa Middle School in Tallahassee, Florida, USA, on 9 August 2018. As a keynote speaker at a teacher training event, he stood on a table and spoke to the staff about the benefits of reading and having big dreams. A video of this speech went viral.

At seven years of age, Stewart was saddened to see an article that stated many third-graders couldn’t read proficiently, so he set up Master Caleb's Discovery Library – a pop-up non-profit library that delivers free books and reading materials to kids.
