Hayes won seven league titles in 12 years at Chelsea, including five consecutively from 2019/20. She left the club at the end of the 2023/24 season to manage the US Women’s National Team, having clinched her seventh WSL title in dramatic fashion, edging clear of Manchester City on goal difference on the final day of the season.
