This feat has been accomplished seven times, most recently by Jazz Chisholm Jr. (Bahamas) while playing for the New York Yankees in Game 1 of the 2024 World Series against the Los Angeles Dodgers (both USA) on 25 October 2024.
Chisholm Jr. stole two bases (second and third base) in the 10th inning.
The Dodgers won 6-3 in 10 innings.
