Most maiden overs bowled in a T20 International career (female)

Spinner Concy Aweko (Uganda) had bowled 28 maidens – i.e., six-ball overs in which she didn’t concede a run, a no-ball or a wide – in the 304.2 overs she’d chalked up in 81 T20 Internationals (T20Is) as of 21 November 2024.

Indonesia’s Ni Made Putri Suwandewi (25 maidens in 134.5 overs) and Hong Kong all-rounder Betty Chan (24 maidens in 244.1 overs) come in second and third place as of the same date.

Aweko’s most miserly four-over spells in T20Is include 4-2-3-1 (four overs, two maidens, three runs, one wicket) vs Thailand on 8 July 2018 (her second T20I match), 4-2-3-1 vs Kenya on 7 April 2019, 4-3-4-3 vs Cameroon on 12 September 2021 and 3-2-2-3 vs Rwanda on 15 June 2023. Aweko bowled her 27th and 28th career maidens in her most recent T20I, against Rwanda on 5 June 2024.
