There are richer individuals who have citizenship and residency in smaller countries, such as American-born businessman Kenneth Dart (net worth $6.5 bn), who renounced his US citizenship for Belize in 1994, or South-African born entrepreneur Nathan Kirsch (net worth $7.3 bn), who lives in Eswatini. However, these individuals have citizenship in multiple countries (Cayman Islands, Belize and Ireland for Dart; South Africa and Eswatini for Kirsch).
