Most Paralympic blind football (soccer) titles won

The most blind football (soccer) gold medals at the Paralympics is 5, achieved by Brazil in 2004, 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2021.

Also known officially as football 5-a-side, blind football was introduced to the Paralympics in 2004. Brazil won the first five tournaments, with victory No.5 coming at the delayed Tokyo Paralympics, courtesy of a 1–0 over Argentina in the final on 4 September 2021.
