The longest distance assisted adventure swim is 510.558 km (317.246 miles) and was achieved by Ross Edgley (UK) in the Yukon River, Canada, from 16 to 18 June 2024.

Ross swam non-stop along the Yukon River in Canada for 54 hours 45 minutes and 30 seconds to achieve this record. He was followed by a support team in a boat who provided him with food and water but he did not make physical contact with them or the boat throughout.

Despite wearing a custom made wetsuit, which was designed using titanium to provide added insulation, he was treated for hypothermia following his swim.

The record was ratified by World Open Water Swimming Association (WOWSA).
