Hosted by the popular Dutch YouTube duo Rik Kleeven and Jesper Weijs - known as ‘Glowmovies’ - this mass-participation event took place during their event ‘Glowmovies World’, held at the Brabanthallen in ’s-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands.
The two creators took to the stage, leading the countdown in front of a sell-out arena packed with families and fans, all excited to see the show itself and to hopefully be part of history.
The paper rockets were made by kids at home beforehand and some on the day itself.
The team behind this attempt believed this Guinness World Records event was the perfect reflection of Rik and Jesper’s mission: To inspire kids to dream big, build creatively, and have fun!
