The largest yurt (non-collapsible) is 40.540 metres in diameter and was achieved by "OROL AGRO" LLC (Republic of Uzbekistan) and verified in Nukus City, Karakalpakstan (Republic of Uzbekistan), on 21 August 2024
Construction of the yurt started in February of this year, and has been a permanent fixture in Nukus City since. It is part of a 20 hectare complex with other non-collapsible and collapsible yurts. A type of exhibition centre and training centre for yurt production.
246651kg of metal, 1,776m2 of roof tiles, 2,253m2 of sandwich panels, 40,000 bricks and 25 tonnes of rebar went in to the production, along with 2.5 tonnes of lighting with 1,250 light bulbs in the interior.
The floor area covers 1,290.795m2, and the yurt has got a height of 20.613m.
