The fastest John-O'-Groats/Land’s End crossing by wheelchair (female) is 44 days 1 hr 43 min, and was achieved by Lexi Alyx Chambers (UK), from 27 August to 10 October 2024.

Army veteran and ex-nurse Lexi raised money for End2End, which will go towards the Aaron Lewis Foundation and the Exeter Chiefs Foundation. She wanted to show people that you can do sport with what kit you have, so completed the entire journey in her everyday wheelchair.

Lexi carried a rugby ball for the journey to demonstrate the importance and connectivity of women's rugby. She trained for over 3 years in preparation for the attempt. Lexi's journey started from John-O'-Groats to Land's end, this route is said to have a 5:1 hill ratio, making the journey more difficult.

Lexi has previously achieved records including the fastest half marathon in a non-racing front wheel wheelchair (female) and greatest distance covered in 12 hours by manual wheelchair (female).
