Most simultaneous entries on the US singles chart (male)

Country singer Morgan Wallen (USA) logged 36 hits on the Billboard Hot 100 on 18 March 2023 – more than any other act in a single week in US chart history. Of those 36 tracks, 27 were new entries from his hit-laden third studio album, One Thing at a Time, which debuted at No.1 on the Billboard 200 in the same week. Wallen secured five Top 10 spots with chart climbers “Last Night” (No.1), “Thought You Should Know” (No.7), “You Proof” (No.8) and “One Thing at a Time” (No.10), and new entry “Thinkin’ Bout Me” (No.9).

Wallen’s 36-hit chart assault demolished Canadian rapper Drake’s previous male/overall record of 27 simultaneous Hot 100 hits (from his Scorpion album) on 14 July 2018, as well as Taylor Swift’s female record of 26 songs on 27 November 2021, with tracks from Red (Taylor’s Version). Swift increased her own personal best to 32 simultaneous hits on 4 May 2024, following the release of The Tortured Poets Department, but even that was not enough to dethrone Wallen’s single-week chart domination.
