The Weeknd (Canada, b. Abel Tesfaye) has won 22 JUNO awards. On 13 March 2023, he took home five awards (from six nominations), including Artist of the Year, Songwriter of the Year and Album of the Year (Dawn FM). He surpassed Bryan Adams, who has won 21 JUNO awards, and became the most decorated male artist in the 54-year history of the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences’ annual celebration of their country's music industry.

The Weeknd’s 22 JUNO awards have come from 42 nominations since 2013, when he won Breakthrough Artist of the Year. He has collected six nominations in a year three times (2016, 2021 and 2023) and five nominations in a year three times (2017, 2019 and 2022).

Award-winning highlights have included Artist of the Year (2015–16, 2021 and 2023), Album of the Year (2016, 2021 and 2023, for Beauty Behind the Madness, After Hours and Dawn FM) and Single of the Year (2016, 2021 and 2023, for “Can’t Feel My Face”, “Blinding Lights” and “Sacrifice”).

In 2024, The Weeknd received just one nomination – the Fan Choice Award, alongside the likes of Tate McRae and six-time 2024 nominee Charlotte Cardin, but the prize went to Karan Aujla.

Up to and including the 2024 awards, held in Halifax, Nova Scotia, on 24 March, Anne Murray (25 awards from 52 nominations) was the leading winner overall at the JUNOS.
