Billy Gilman (b. 24 May 1988) was 12 years 68 days old when his debut album One Voice, released 20 June 2000, was certified 12 weeks later with a platinum certificate (one million sales) for the US in August 2000. He is also the youngest artist to top of Billboard's country singles chart, which he did with the album's title song (released 18 April 2000) in June.
