The biggest streamer deal in history was achieved by Félix "xQc" Lengyel (Canada), who moved from Twitch to Kick for $100 million (£78.7 million), as widely reported on 16 June 2023. At that point, xQc was considered to be Twitch's most popular streamer, with around 12 million followers. The two-year deal was worth $70 million (£55 million), with an additional $30 million (£23.6 million) in performance-based incentives, boosting the figure to the $100 million mark.

The non-exclusive deal allowed xQc to continue to provide content for Twitch, YouTube and TikTok, although he was set to work primarily for Kick, which only launched in 2022. Part of the incentive for the move has been attributed to the percentage that the respective platforms take. Kick takes 5% from its streamers' subscriptions, whereas Twitch takes a cut of 50% from most, adjusted to 30% for a select few.

Describing the record-breaking deal, xQc's agent Ryan Morrison commented, "This is more than most professional athletes and megastars. This is one of the highest deals in entertainment, period."
