Homeported in Seattle, Washington, USA, the Healy has a length of 128 m (420 ft) and a beam of 25 m (82 ft).
Based on length, meanwhile, the largest coastguard ships are currently the Zhaotou-class patrol cutters of the Chinese Coast Guard. They are 165 m (541 ft) long and 20 m (65 ft) in beam, with a full displacement of 12,000 tons. They can operate at 25 knots (29 mph). They have a stern-mounted helicopter deck and hangar facilities for large rotary-wing aircraft and drones.
