Longest straight-line drone display

The longest straight-line drone display is 2 km (1.24 mi) and was achieved by The Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah in association with Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority, in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, on 1 January 2024.

The purpose of breaking this record is to promote the natural beauty and attract attention to the rising lively culture of Ras Al Khaimah.

This NYE celebration is a festive event with food vendors, music, and a fireworks and drone display to welcome the new year.

This record was measured using GPS data points which the drones are programmed to go to.
