Born to Bobbi and Kenny McCaughey at the Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa, USA, on 19 November 1997, the world's oldest living septuplets are Kenneth (Kenny), Alexis, Natalie, Kelsey, Nathan, Brandon and Joel McCaughey (all USA). They turned 26 years old on 19 November 2023.

The McCaughey septuplets are the first-known set of septuplets to all survive. The second surviving set (four boys, three girls) were born a couple of months later in Abha, Saudi Arabia, on 14 January 1998 to Hasna Mohammed and Abdullah Mohammed Ali Humair: Fahd, Salman, Sultan, Al-Anoud, Hind, Naif and Noura Humair (all Saudi Arabia).

The McCaugheys were delivered by Caesarean section all within a period of six minutes. Born nine weeks premature, their weights varied from a maximum of 3 lb 4 oz (1.5 kg) for Kenneth to the smallest (Kelsey) at 2 lb 5 oz (1 kg).
