Wycombe Wanderers scored two goals in nine seconds against Peterborough United at Adams Park, Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, UK on September 23, 2000. Wycombe scored their first goal in the 46th minute from a free kick awarded by referee John Brandwood who blew the whistle for the end of the first half immediately after the goal had been scored. The second goal was scored by striker Jermaine McSporran at the start of the second half with only eight seconds having elapsed.
