The “explicit version” of “Seven” by Jung Kook (South Korea, b. Jeon Jung-kook) feat. Latto (USA, b. Alyssa Stephens) reached 1 billion streams on Spotify on its 109th day of availability, 30 October 2023, following its worldwide release on 14 July 2023.


“Seven” beat the 118-day male record held jointly by The Kid LAROI and Justin Bieber’s “Stay” and “As It Was” by Harry Styles, and it also snatched the overall "fastest" crown from Miley Cyrus, whose “Flowers” made it to 1 billion streams on its 112th day (4 May 2023).

“Seven” debuted at No.1 on Spotify’s “Daily Top Songs Global” chart on 14 July 2023 with 15,995,378 streams in its first 24 hours – the 21st highest single-day figure since data first became available on 1 January 2017.
