Harvey was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at the age of one and was told he would never walk. After years of physiotherapy he was able to walk smoothly and he soon set his eyes on running a marathon. Since he was young, he hasn't let his disability define who he is. When he started training for this record attempt, he could complete one mile in 14 minutes. He continued training for 6 months until the attempt day where he achieved his personal best and a world record too. Harvey is getting ready to beat his own world record at the next half marathon.
