The chart-topping run began with Lover in 2019 and continued with folklore (2020), evermore (2020–21), Fearless (Taylor’s Version) (2021), Red (Taylor’s Version) (2021), Midnights (2022–23), Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) (2023), 1989 (Taylor’s Version) (2023), The Tortured Poets Department (2024) and The Life of a Showgirl (2025).
Swift’s seven consecutive years of taking a new album to No.1 on the Billboard 200 is matched only by The Beatles, who did so in 1964–70.
On 18 October 2025, Swift's 15th US No.1 album, The Life of a Showgirl, went straight to the top after earning a record 4.002 million equivalent album units.
